1. Product Description

To cut and separate the whole tire into three pieces, tire crown, tire sidewall and tire bead in a very short time. This machine is characterized by easy operation and power saving.

2. Structure and principle

The unit consists of frame, rotate mechanism, prop mechanism and knife mechanism. Its working principle is like the followings. At first, select the tire bead as a prop point and then places it on prop mechanism. After that adjust it tightly, and then start the machine in low speed by slow down transmission part. Knives are installed in the upper and lower part of this machine so that bead is adjusted arbitrarily when necessary. At last the tire is rotating in low speed to be cut successfully by the knives. For smooth cutting and quick tool cooling, pump can be installed and cooling water will be sprayed to the cutting point directly.
